GAS PURIFICATION

GreenNovel's Closed-Loop Gas Purification

Addressing Industrial Gas Emissions: Environmental and Health Impacts

The emission of hazardous gases, including chemicals of concern, posing significant risks to the environment and human health. These emissions may contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs), heavy metals, and acid gases, among other pollutants.

Greenovel presents an Innovative Gas Purification closed-loop technology for gas purification that is both efficient and environmentally friendly. Greenovel technology revolves around the recycling and reuse of all compounds used in the purification process, resulting in a zero-waste solution.

Purifying Progress for a Healthier Tomorrow

Greenovel's technology for gas purification demonstrates its efficacy in removing hazardous compounds, including propylene, tetrahydrofuran, toluene, and 1,3-butadien, that were removed by up to 97%.

Other hazardous VOCs, including benzene, n-hexane, ethylbenzene, acetone, n-heptane, and styrene, exhibit a removal efficiency of up to 98%. Moreover, Br, Cl, and F are liberated and removed by up to 99% in the gas.

By closing the loop on material use, Greenovel not only reduces waste but also minimizes the environmental impact of gas purification processes. This innovative approach offers a sustainable and effective alternative to traditional gas purification methods, promising to address the challenges of gas emissions from industrial processes.

Various industries, including chemical manufacturing, petrochemical refineries, semiconductor fabrication, waste management, power generation, and metal processing, could benefit from the gas purification technologies of GreenNovel, which mitigate environmental impact and ensure sustainable operations.
